Things to do in Monterey, California with Kids - Cannery Row

This post is sponsored by See Monterey. All opinions are my own. The beautiful coastal town of Monterey, California is about as good as it gets as a family travel destination. Walt Disney Family Museum with Kids - Exterior

Think you need to go to Anaheim or Orlando to walk in Walt Disney’s footsteps? Think again. Disney history is alive and well in Northern California too. Redding California with Kids: Exploring True Northern California

Redding California with Kids - Sundial Bridge Turtle Bay

I’ve lived in Northern California for over a decade. But calling San Francisco “northern” is a bit of a misnomer. There are hundreds of miles that separate the City by the Bay and the Oregon border. An Out of This World Evening with Ringling Bros. Circus

Ringling Bros Out of This World - Ice Skating

When my family travels, we usually make time to see several kid-friendly shows and performances. When we are home, however, we definitely don’t go to see enough. I was excited when my family was invited to see the latest Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus show as it passed through my hometown. I hadn’t been to […]

California’s Great America Theme Park has been a San Francisco Bay Area tradition for over 40 years.
